"State Farm used to be one for the best services around. My parents, and their children knew nothing but Mike McGuirk with Stare Farm. He took care of us until his retirement. He switched us over to Edwin Dejesus. The service has gone down drastically. I called and cancelled my car insurance and it wasn’t noted. They continued to take money out for a car I no longer owned and refused to reimburse the money. They didn’t even own up to it nor did they offer to reimburse atleast one month. The nonchalant attitude of the person I spoke with further irritated me and has me now researching other companies to carry the other services we hold with them. Switching from a company that we have had for over 50 years is disheartening to say the least but it seems necessary."
